MISSION

Our mission is to empower individuals affected by all forms of Dementia, as well as their care partners, through targeted resources and educational initiatives. We are committed to fostering a community that ages gracefully and lives well.

Our vision is to cultivate a community-wide emphasis on well-being, aiming to enhance the health and longevity of every resident in the Sisters Community.

SERVICES

Connecting those in need with the right resources in Sisters. We are a local group that provides a directory of local resources specific to Sisters, OR related to Alzheimer's and other forms of Dementia.

Introducing Our Social Respite Program

Our new social respite program offers a welcoming space for individuals living with dementia and their care partners to connect, engage, and feel supported.

Through meaningful activities and shared moments, we create opportunities to recharge and build community.

Join us at our upcoming Open House to meet the Living Well team, learn more about the program, and experience the community firsthand.
